Getting Started

  1. Logging In

To access Netevia HQ:

  • Use the login credentials provided in the welcome email when your merchant account was onboarded.

  • If you have not received the credentials, or need help retrieving them, please let our merchant support team know at merchantsupport@b2bsoft.com or 212-742-2353 and we will help you retrieve them

  1. Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, the homepage displays essential details for your merchant account (MID). Key sections include:

MID Selection

  • The top section displays a list of Merchant IDs (MIDs) associated with your account.

  • Click on any MID to switch between accounts and view reports for each.

Account Summary

This section provides key account details, including:

  • MID / DBA / Legal Name – Your registered merchant information.

  • Contacts – Contact details for the merchant account.

  • Business Owner & Agent – The registered owner and agent managing the account.

  • Support Information – Customer service and technical support contact details.

  • Bank Account – Linked settlement account for deposits.

Financial Information

  • Last Batch Date & Amount – The most recent batch settlement.

  • Last Deposit Date & Amount – The latest deposit to your bank account.

  • Last Statement Date – The latest statement available for review.

Compliance & PCI Status

  • PCI Status – Displays PCI compliance status and access to the PCI Toolkit for maintaining compliance.

  • TIN Status – Verifies if the merchant's name/TIN combination matches IRS records.

Compliance QR Code

  • A QR Code you can use to print out the certificate for compliance verification.

  • Options to download a Compliance Sticker or access a compliance link.
